May I order checks of just one design instead of the alternating four?
Checks are available only in the popular sets that alternate 4 designs each. We have found that different messages reach different people and each set of checks is specifically designed to use the most effective and popular images.
Can I Help Promote Pro-Life checks to my group, church, etc?
We have free "check slips" printed with the designs and ordering information. Just call us at 1-800-858-3040, and mention to the operator that you need the check advertising slips and how many you would like.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes, for an additional fee you can have your order expedited. To find out the cost and delivery time, place the items in your cart that you want and start the check-out process. You will be given different shipping options and the costs as part of the process.
Can I return my check order if I am not satisfied?
If you have received your order and it is damaged or defective in any way, please let us know and we will replace it immediately. If you have received your order and feel that the personalization is not accurate to your online preview, we will be glad to re-print your order at no additional charge. We believe in our products and back them up with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, call us for a full refund.
Will I have to provide a copy of a check to order?
Almost never. But please have a check, or temporary bank check, (not a deposit slip) in front of you for reference while ordering. Your check information MUST match the records on file at your financial institution. All orders are subject to verification. Please review all information you have entered, double-checking against the information on your existing checks. For your security, if the information you have provided is not accurate, the processing of your order will be delayed. If we need a copy of a bank check to be faxed to us, we will notify you immediately.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total Estimated Delivery includes both printing and shipping time. You will notice when selecting your preferred shipping method that choosing 2nd Day or Overnight shipping the delivery time is quoted at 5 and 4 business days, respectively, to represent the total number of business days for printing and delivery of your order. Your order will be produced and shipped within 36 hours of being placed and will be delivered via the method you choose during the checkout portion of your order. Look for your order confirmation e-mails to confirm receipt and shipping of your order.
Can I order by mail, phone, or fax?
Yes, to place your order for checks via mail, please mail in your reorder form that was received in your box of checks to ProLife Checks, PO Box 351130, New Braunfels, TX 78135. For stationery and accessory orders, please order on-line or by phone. To order by phone, please contact our Customer Service Department, 1-877-472-0907. When faxing your order, please fax the reorder form to 1-800-822-0005.
How is Sales Tax calculated on my order?
Sales tax will be calculated in all 50 states.
